South Bank's River Quay Pontoon (South Bank 3 Ferry Terminal) can be booked by commercial operators for 30-minute bookings.

Bookings are not confirmed until you have received written confirmation from the South Bank Visitor Information Centre. Before booking, please ensure that you have read and accepted the pontoon booking conditions of hire.

PLEASE NOTE: Pontoons B and C near Streets Beach will be closed from 1 October 2024 until mid-2025 due to Clem Jones Promenade works. South Bank’s River Quay Pontoon (South Bank 3 Ferry Terminal) will remain open throughout the works. For non-commercial vessels, information about public river and recreation hubs, boat ramps, canoe ramps and pontoons is available via the Brisbane City Council website.
